Services Offered

  • Ayurvedic Consultations:
This is a great place to start your journey into Ayurveda. The consultation is a detailed analysis of your body, mind, and spirit according to Ayurveda. This is obtained through a medical history, lifestyle conversation, analysis of the tongue, pulse, and body. Ayurveda sees each person as a unique individual, and that every person has a different path to reach optimum health. The consultation is the time for me to get to know you and your unique situation and together we will design a treatment program to get you started. Ayurveda can help with whatever you may be experiencing in your mind and/or body. At the end of your first consultation, you will understand your unique constitution (body/mind type) and state of imbalance. You will also receive herbal, dietary and lifestyle recommendations designed for your unique needs. If you are ready to make change in your life, this is the place to start!

  • Abhyanga (Therapeutic massage):
I offer a blend of Ayurvedic and Swedish massage to balance and relax the body. Energetic pressure points, called ‘marma’ in Ayurveda are accessed also to further balance the body systems. Organic oils are used appropriate for your Ayurvedic constitution (body/mind type).

  • Shirodhara:
A traditional Ayurvedic rejuvenation therapy in which a stream of warm oil is applied to the area between the eyebrows (the third eye). Invokes a profound state of relaxation, calmness, and openness in the mind, body, and spirit. It is said that after shirodhara therapy, a person looks 20 years younger! In Ayurveda, this therapy is considered an important tool in the pursuit of higher states of consciousness. Helps relieve stress, anxiety, neck tension, fatigue, insomnia, and many other symptoms. Great after an abhyanga, however can be done alone. If alone, treatment includes massage of head, neck, face and marma point balancing. Shirodhara itself is approx 40 min.

  • Pancha Karma:
Traditional cleansing and rejuvenation therapies from India. These are at home cleanses with guidance, support and occasional office visits. 4 day minimum is recommended. The Ayurvedic cleanse involves eating a mono-diet for a period of time, taking herbs, and receiving various oil therapies when appropriate. Each cleanse is designed specifically for your unique needs.

  • Pranic Healing / Reiki:
This type of non invasive therapy has been done in different ways throughout cultures and time. Hands are placed on certain trigger points on the body, called marmas and/or chakras inspiring change in the subtle energy systems of the body. This technique clears blockages and restores balance in the physical and emotional bodies.
